Fantastic service, great massage, good prices. Celeste is my go-to for a deep tissue to relieve all my neck, back, and shoulder issues. Recently had Anastasia who did a wonderful job. Highly recommend both.

I have never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. I was trapped. I am naive about spa treatments, so my wife had booked a specific service for me. After I was half undressed and under sheets, the Aesthetician entered & said I needed a different procedure as an “Add-on” at over twice the price. I requested the service for which I was scheduled. I was overcharged for a basic facial & never received the scheduled procedure. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time I was on the table and wanted to leave, but I was trapped.

I don't any complaints about the service that I received. I do have a complaint about the huge ordeal it is to cancel your membership. It is a bit ridiculous that you have to schedule an appointment with management to explain a form that must be sent to, filled out and sent back. Why is this such a process, especially when it takes less than ten minutes to join?

This is not the place to go to relax, they will push a membership on you tell you can cancel at any time all you need is a 30 day notice. Sounds great until you try to cancel and they can’t do it over the phone or in person!!! You would have to schedule a phone call from a manager during business hours!!! Seems like the manager is only available once a week on days that I work. Are you kidding me!! I honestly thought she was joking… learned my lesson never again!!!

I had Jessiel today for a massage, I let him know where I was having pain and he gave me the most amazing massage and really helped relieve the tailbone pain I had been dealing with for the past 6 months. Professional, kind, and an excellent masseuse!

Luisa did a great job of relaxing me, I needed to get my shoulder massages. She asked before the session started what I needed. It was cold outside and everything was warmed up all toasty. Then she really focused in on the areas I needed.

This business has cost me more anguish than relaxation. Yes I'm allowed to be frustrated when you cancel my massage 2 hours before my appointment and no I will not take facial to replace my appointment. If you can't allow your customers to voice their frustration then you shouldn't be doing business. I'll be relieving my stress today by canceling my subscription! I can't believe I wasted my money on this establishment!

Just had massage by Mikel and this was honestly the very best massage ever! I highly recommend him and this hand and stone location has kept up their service for many years! Great job!!!
